I couldn't bother to go shopping and really wanted to go to the gym... thus, when I came back and after having an awesome shower, I simply decided to make a meal made out of what I had in the fridge and canned. 


  • 1 cup of wheat grains
  • 1 can of red pepper
  • 1 Tsp of sweet corn
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 broccoli 
  • 1 sweet potato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt 
  • Basil leaves
  • Mix herbs
  • Garlic powder
How to make this taboulé
  1. Bring some water to boil in a pot 
  2. Peel and chop onion and sweet potato
  3. When water boils add wheat and sweet potato
  4. After 5 minutes add onion and broccoli
  5. Cook until sweet potato is soft and wheat is cooked 
  6. Pour into colander and safe liquid as it could be consumed as a soup
  7. In a plate pour everything with some olive oil, salt, herbs and garlic powder 
  8. Mix and add the corn and red pepper sliced
  9. Decorate with some basil leaves
