- 1 cup of soy milk (or any other non dairy)
- 1 tsp of cacao powder
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 tsp of maca powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 espresso (I use my lovely nespresso machine)
- 1 tsp of stevia
Blend them all to get a super yummy and nutritious smoothie in the morning that will boost you up for the whole day!
